The mission of the Verbal Judo Institute is to create a S.A.F.E.R.© world by delivering practical and easy to learn strategies which empower people to effectively de-escalate conflict and potential violence.
This course is being presented by Yellowstone Property Managers Association and is available on a first come, first serve basis. Licensees will receive 4 mandatory continuing education credits and all participants will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the course.
