Richard is a Billings Native and has resided here since 1975. He has been with Rainbow Property Management for 17 years. He has a high level of experience in maintenance, marketing, portfolio expansion, and unit showings. He holds a State of Montana Property Manager and Boiler Engineer license. He currently manages the daily operations of the maintenance department.  Richard has a full schedule and enjoys time with his family and community. He is a Blue Creek Volunteer Fire Department member. He also holds FAA fixed-wing land and drone operator ratings. Richard joined the Yellowstone Property Managers Association board in 2019. He follows in the footsteps of his Dad, a founding member of YPMA. He hopes to continue to help our members get their continuing education credits and make a few friends on the way.
